How can I track my order if I'm based in the UK?
An email was sent when the order was dispatched with the tracking information, this information is also available when you click in to your order. Simply click on the tracking number and it will redirect you to Royal Mail's website where you can track the item.
I'm overseas why I can not track my item?
If you did not pay for a trackable service the item has been sent standard mail, which means it is not trackable. The numbers on the order are proof of postage and not a tracking number.

I ordered this gold comb on June 3, and it didn't even ship till June 27! The estimated delivery time was June 21-26 and it wasn't even in the mail yet. It's now July 7 and I haven't received anything. If you are buying this for a wedding or time sensitive event, find some other similar product with more reliable for shipping.

Review is solely on customer service, as I have not opened the box to see the pins. They were advertised to ship quickly and arrive before June, but did not arrive until June 11 - one day after our wedding. I reached out to the company to begin a return, as they are no longer needed, and was told that I would need to pay for shipping (from the US back to the UK), regardless of the delays. Not the best service, and would recommend checking before purchasing if you need the item for a special occasion.
