How can I track my order if I'm based in the UK?
An email was sent when the order was dispatched with the tracking information, this information is also available when you click in to your order. Simply click on the tracking number and it will redirect you to Royal Mail's website where you can track the item.
I'm overseas why I can not track my item?
If you did not pay for a trackable service the item has been sent standard mail, which means it is not trackable. The numbers on the order are proof of postage and not a tracking number.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered 12 labels from here over a month ago and was supposed to receive them more than a week before my wedding, and still haven't had anything. They were for the flutes of my bridesmaids gift boxes and I still have not been able to complete them. I messaged them a few days AFTER my wedding to say they still hadn't arrived. They said they would investigate and do a new batch, I was going to review on how good the customer service was but still, I haven't received anything. I've messaged twice since in the last 3 weeks to ask for an update and they've not got back to me. I've now opened a case for a refund and will go elsewhere. Absolutely appalling.
