An email was sent when the order was dispatched with the tracking information, this information is also available when you click in to your order. Simply click on the tracking number and it will redirect you to Royal Mail's website where you can track the item.
If you did not pay for a trackable service the item has been sent standard mail, which means it is not trackable. The numbers on the order are proof of postage and not a tracking number.

**Anyone wanting screenshots or proof please PM me and I will provide** My May 1st wedding was canceled, I reordered new Bridal Shower thank you tags. My Bridal Shower was July 11th. I gave the shop two months to resolve the issue before escalating it to a case, they NEVER communicated whatsoever. The 2nd shipment they sent had a tracking number and the shop never gave it to me, I found it on my own thanks to USPS. Here is the timeline; April 2nd- Product paid for and ordered April 29th- Product ships June 7th- ETSY dispute case opened June 9th- Shop responds that they will send another shipment by end of week June 16th- Ask shop if it shipped, no response June 19th- Threaten to leave a bad review & immediately get a response that it shipped June 12th. June 23rd- ETSY case "closed" without being resolved July 13th- No product
