Each and every hanger is inspected to ensure it is at the highest quality before personalising.
Please note that the natural wood hangers may vary slightly in wood shades.
Please add alongside the personalisation if any hangers are to be on a child’s hanger.
Orders placed from UK buyers will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. There is an option to upgrade in checkout.
Orders placed from overseas will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail which is NOT a trackable service, however you can upgrade to a trackable service for an additional charge. This can be upgraded in checkout. -

How can I track my order if I'm based in the UK?
An email was sent when the order was dispatched with the tracking information, this information is also available when you click in to your order. Simply click on the tracking number and it will redirect you to Royal Mail's website where you can track the item.
I'm overseas why I can not track my item?
If you did not pay for a trackable service the item has been sent standard mail, which means it is not trackable. The numbers on the order are proof of postage and not a tracking number.

Unfortunately my item did not come in time for Christmas. A tip I would say is to make sure item is sent on first class tracked delivery as because it was sent on a first class signed for delivery there is no way of me tracking it until it’s delivered. The item was meant to be with me on 17th December and still not received.
