How can I track my order if I'm based in the UK?
An email was sent when the order was dispatched with the tracking information, this information is also available when you click in to your order. Simply click on the tracking number and it will redirect you to Royal Mail's website where you can track the item.
I'm overseas why I can not track my item?
If you did not pay for a trackable service the item has been sent standard mail, which means it is not trackable. The numbers on the order are proof of postage and not a tracking number.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Item ordered 9th March and Item never arrived and was lost in transit (confirmed by seller as it was tracked) and was told a replacement would be sent personally by them, since seller said that on the 25th of March I have been totally ignored and have since had to contact Etsy support privately for a refund. Very disappointing as was looking forward to the item for my daughter as the bauble matches the one I have for my son.

Lovely item! Not as sturdy as some of the glass/harder ones - like it could bend if you squeeze it hard (which most people won’t do when it’s on a tree) but it’s a good price - A very pretty bauble and a lovely gift , kind seller too- thank you xx
