Please note that the natural wood hangers may vary slightly in wood shades.
Please add alongside the personalisation if any hangers are to be on a child’s hanger.
Orders placed from UK buyers will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for. There is an option to upgrade in checkout.
Orders placed from overseas will be sent via Royal Mail Standard Airmail which is NOT a trackable service, however you can upgrade to a trackable service for an additional charge. This can be upgraded in checkout.

How can I track my order if I'm based in the UK?
An email was sent when the order was dispatched with the tracking information, this information is also available when you click in to your order. Simply click on the tracking number and it will redirect you to Royal Mail's website where you can track the item.
I'm overseas why I can not track my item?
If you did not pay for a trackable service the item has been sent standard mail, which means it is not trackable. The numbers on the order are proof of postage and not a tracking number.

beautiful items and will go perfectly with my dress and bridesmaid dresses. made exactly to order. was a little disappointed that the bride cream flower was squashed and bent over due to packaging, I've done my best to straighten it out and you can't tell much from the photos. lovley job. thankyou very much 🥰
